Terms & Conditions

— A 15% deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit shall become non-refundable once work has commenced.

— Stage payments shall be due upon completion of each phase of the works*, on a room-by-room basis. All invoices must be settled in full within 48 hours of the invoice date.

— Waste removal is not included in the quoted price and shall remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

— This estimate covers labour and materials based on the scope of works outlined above. Any amendments or variations to the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

*Invoices shall be issued upon completion of the insulation and plasterboarding works, with a subsequent invoice issued upon completion of the final plastering works.
